TRIPHALA
In Ayurveda, Triphala is mentioned in order to treat the problems related to indigestion. Triphala consists of three different plants:

● Harro (Terminalia chebula), are used as laxatives, astringent and alterative. Dried fine powders of Harro are used to treat the bleeding gums and diabetes.

CHIRAITO(Swertia spp.)
Chiraito is an important medicinal herb used for curing various diseases in Nepal. The plant is soaked overnight in water. The water extract with a sharp bitter taste, is then taken as medicine next morning. Chiraito is commonly used to treat malarial fever. It is also used in common ailments like cough, cold, and fever; as an astringent tonic and stomachic. It relieves inflammations and improves eyesight. It is given as a sedative during pregnancy. Chiraito is considered good for pain of the joints, scabies, leucoderma, skin disease, asthma, ulcer and chronic fever.
